Meet Our Doctors

Alice Cheng, DDS, FAGD

A New York native, Dr. Cheng received her dental degree at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine in New York. She stayed on to complete a general practice residency and subsequently moved to Boston with her husband. While practicing dentistry, she has been constantly taking continuing education courses and attending conferences nationwide, allowing her to remain at the forefront of dentistry.

Dr. Cheng understands that each individual is different and has unique concerns. With this in mind, she serves each patient with integrity, respect, and kindness. Dr. Cheng strives to build health-enhancing relationships with everyone she meets. She has a strong personal commitment to her work and to her patients.

Dr. Cheng is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She also maintains a position as a clinical associate professor at Tufts School of Dental Medicine. Always in pursuit of furthering her knowledge to provide excellent care, Dr. Cheng is also a member of the Greater Boston region’s chapter of the Seattle Study Club.

Dr. Cheng has advanced training in treating patients with Botox both cosmetically and therapeutically for migraines and orofacial pain.

After numerous hours of continuing education and a rigorous examination, Dr. Cheng has earned fellowship status with the Academy of General Dentistry! She became a fellow in July 2016 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston.

When she is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Cheng enjoys traveling, cooking, snowboarding, and spending time with her family and friends.

Tuyen Nguyen, DMD

Dr. Nguyen was born in Vietnam and grew up in Boston. She went to the Mather School and Boston Latin School before graduating from Boston College in 2008. After college, Dr. Nguyen moved to Greenville, Mississippi where she taught 4th and 5th grade math and science through Teach for America, a non-profit organization. She then worked as a program coordinator for families with young children, focusing on family engagement activities prior to receiving her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Medicine.

Dr. Nguyen strives to provide the best quality care and most comfortable dental experience to all her patients. Gentle and caring, she can calm even the most anxious patients. Little fact, she likes to sing while working!

Dr. Nguyen lives in the South Shore with her partner and two rescued dogs, Ollie and Pepper. She enjoys camping, hiking, and spending lazy days at the beach. She loves all fall related activities especially apple picking. Ask her about her favorite apple variety; it may not be what you have in mind!

Pamela Regan, DMD

Dr. Pamela Regan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Tufts University. She received her Doctorate Of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She then went on to receive her Post Graduate Degree in Endodontics from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. She has limited her practice to endodontics and has practiced since 1999.
Dr. Regan is a member of the Mayflower Study Club, the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the South Shore Dental Society, and the American Association of Endodontics.

Dr. Regan enjoys spending her free time running, working out and spending time at the beach with her two children and her dog Ziggy.

Milagros Serrano, DDS

Dr. Millie Serrano graduated with honors and awards from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1993. Since then, she has been in private practice, and in 1995, she earned her certificate of advanced graduate study in periodontics and dental implants.

Meet Our Patient Coordinators

Mary

Mary has been a part of the dental field for many years. Her passion as a patient coordinator comes from her commitment to making the dental experience as easy and comfortable as possible, from the moment you step into our office. In her free time, Mary can be found outdoors with her dog, spending time with her husband and two children, and cheering for all of the New England sports teams.

Meet Our Hygienists

Susan

Susan graduated from Cape Community College in 2000. Originally from Abington, she enjoys educating and helping her patients so that they can attain optimal dental health and a smile that they can feel proud of.

Susan resides in Scituate, where she enjoys going to the beach with her husband. They have two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. She enjoys photography , jewelry making , reading , and traveling in her spare time.

Christine

Christine graduated from Middlesex Community College in 2005 and resides in Braintree. She loves being a hygienist and building relationships with patients. She finds it rewarding to be involved with educating patients on oral health as well and the connection to their overall health.

Christine enjoys hiking with her dog Henry, spending time with her son, reading, and going to the beach. An avid animal lover, Christine also has two cats and a frog.

Meet Our Dental Assistants

Nicole

Nicole loves all aspects of dentistry, and enjoys getting to know patients and their families. She has extensive knowledge with dental insurance, which allows her to help guide each patient through the often complex process. When Nicole is not in the office, she enjoys spending with her family and friends, and her labrador retriever. Nicole recently became a mama to a little girl!

Jeda

Born in the Dominican Republic, Jeda moved with her family to the US when she was 17 years old. Right after graduating high school, Jeda knew she wanted to work in the dental field and pursued a dental assisting license from Everest Institute in Brighton, MA. Jeda loves helping patients and enjoys seeing a patient achieve their dental goals. After being an assistant for 13 years, she is looking ahead to a radiation therapy degree. Jeda enjoys spending time with her daughter and family, playing volleyball, swimming, dancing, and going on ice cream runs with her daughter.

Adela

Born and raised in Albania, a small and beautiful country, Adela attended the University of History and Philology for Journalism and Master of Science for Public Relationships. While she was receiving orthodontic treatment, she started to develop a fascination for dentistry. Adela enjoys all aspects of dentistry, especially assisting with endodontics.

Adela is always open to learning and is very easygoing. She loves being active and keeping busy. One of her hobbies is photography, and she enjoys it in her free time.
